Tatarstan Airlines

  • Tatarstan Airlines was a Russian airline based in Kazan, Tatarstan. It started its operations in 1999 and primarily operated domestic flights within Russia, as well as some international routes to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The airline had a fleet of aircraft including Boeing 737 and Airbus A319. However, in 2013, tragedy struck when Tatarstan Airlines Flight 363 crashed during landing at Kazan International Airport, resulting in the death of all 50 passengers and crew on board. As a result, the airline was permanently grounded and ceased operations.
